Almost every fourth Person complains of the cross with the cross. Back pain can have many causes, but are most often poor posture and incorrect sitting, lying down or lifting. To prevent back pain, you should heed the following tips and advice.

* Do not lift heavy objects, particularly as to a longer period. Can not avoid lifting , for example, the purchase of crates , then you distribute the weight evenly on both sides and keep the load as close to the body .
* Stooping always go into a crouch and never out of the back out lifting something from the ground.
* To do a lot of walking and do not use at smaller distances to your car or bus. Take the elevator instead prefer the stairs. Try also to take when walking a straight posture as possible.
* Keep your back straight when sitting if possible, and based off your chest. Also, the frequent change you’re sitting position relieves your back.
* Put more emphasis on healthy and fit body seating, especially at work. If you are sitting, you should do some exercises during the breaks.
* Go swimming regularly, take the bike or go jogging. All three sports are good for the back and spine.
* Angle in the often times lying at his feet. This also relieves the back immensely.
