Tan body Summer is Coming

Undeniably beautiful tan is very sexy but also very dangerous. Is there a way to soak in safety and even long before the coming summer!

Start-sun

The best way to avoid contact suddenly your skin with the strong and UV rays of summer sun is to start from now the sun, so gradually and before you come Summer you'll get a nice chocolate.

Personally every time I start this time sunbathing I've never been burned by the sun in the summer and my skin tans more safely. A maximum of two times per week exposure to the sun for an hour not noon at the temperature of the season (20-25 degrees C) is sufficient. The difference in color of your skin as you will see it logically from the first time you start.

There are a large percentage of people that start this time or put special lotions to activate the melanin in their body. In no case, however, the natural sun cream, it gives a nice natural tan from the sun, but a cloudy yellow
