Fatigue

Fatigue is the lack of physical, intellectual and emotional energy: chronic fatigue means that this state a longer period.

What is normal?
It is normal that we in the evening or after severe physical or mental exertion tired. Usually a good night's sleep than enough to power back up to standard. Persistent fatigue that is disproportionate to the energy consumed may indicate an underlying disease, or the need to change your lifestyle.

Fatigue appears to be a common ailment.
Heavy fatigue that just will not pass. The feeling that you'd like, but can not. More and more people seem to bother it. Fatigue is a vague but troublesome complaint. There can be many causes, such as a lack of vitamins or minerals, too much hay on the fork, a low blood sugar, anemia, or a poor physical condition.

Difference of fatigue
Of course there is a difference in the degree of fatigue. Fatigue after a vigorous effort is normal after a good night's sleep disappeared. Fatigue caused by low blood sugar creates a feeling of lethargy and severe fatigue.
