Most of them women, following the tradition, we started to shave our legs, using a cream and a razor Dad. As the years passed, we were led to other products, but unfortunately left to remind us that time, the troublesome wild skin and scars from a razor blade in sensitive areas.

How to care and look after some sensitive areas is a personal decision. While shaving is an option, there are other options.

This solution would carry with it a slight degree of pain, but it is unfortunately a part of the game. The pain also goes and what remains is the beauty. The result will be satisfactory and the cost much lower than that of epilating with laser.

The hair is one of the interesting differences between husband and wife. The man likes a woman with long hair and rich in the head with little hair on the rest of the body, while the opposite may occur in women.

So keep carefully your hair, which is one of the biggest weapons in your beauty and make sure you get rid of annoying hair in other areas.

Some combination's of foods, and avoid some of the other combination will help to weaken faster.

REALITY: Although in recent years has been much talk about the combination of starch and protein and that leads to weight gain and it would be avoided, newer studies in nutrition demonstrate that this is not true.

In fact, to be a complete meal, you need to combine foods from all classes of nutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat) so the body can not cope well in energy needs. The key is the right mix of nutrients.

But if the proportions of nutrients are right then the meal may have the nutritional integrity and also be suitable for weight loss. Of course we must not forget that not only in a single meal and meals throughout the day we must take into account the nutritional completeness.

Fast diets are appropriate for fast weight loss because the person achieves the goal of quickly without getting tired for a long time.

REALITY: Fast diet related shapes e.g. one day only chicken and eggs the next single or limited carbohydrates and high protein intake can dramatically and promise quick results but have devastating effects on metabolism and lead to a reduction in muscle tissue fluid loss and therefore the person is driven to re-weight if you start eating normally.

Additionally the fast diets deprive the body of vitamins and minerals and adversely affect the normal functioning of the person causing the nerves, bad temper, and lack of concentration, drowsiness and weakness.

I can stop and go on a diet whenever I want without any particular effect on my health.

REALITY: The purpose is not to see the diet as a temporary situation but to learn the basic principles of the program to follow and be able to apply for a lifetime.

In saying this does not mean that the quantities consumed are the same and during maintenance.

Of course, when you reach the desired weight you can eat more food and a little more volume.

But it is important to maintain this dietary regimen on compliance with five meals a day, water consumption and reduced consumption of fat and snack.

Your body is a balloon, to be in a constant state of inflation and deflation. You will feel much better help to balance a healthy and desirable weight.
