Steam Bath Benefits

Steam bath since ancient times men and women have enjoyed its benefits.

Benefits of steam
* Helps in cases of Skin acne: steamed through dilated pores, which favors the occurrence of deep cleaning. With these baths is achieved that the skin is very soft.

Precautions to take steam baths
* If it is our first time it is advisable to take the steam bath together.
* After sport we should leave about 15 minutes elapse before taking steam baths.
* We must take steam baths with a full stomach and hungry.
* If we feel better we exhausted steam bath for another time.
* To take a long shower with warm water before entering.
* Do not forget to drink because we are going to sweat a lot.
