Purifying and refreshing mask with parsley: Half a bunch of flat parsley Wash and pat dry. Then the leaves and stalks finely. Mix with 2 tablespoons dry low fat curd cheese and 1 tablespoon honey. 20 minutes on face and neck to soak, then rinse.

Hair care Tips
Bananas, cottage cheese and wheat germ oil for supple hair: A ripe banana mash with a fork. At one tablespoon Banana I add a spoonful of wheat germ and stir in a tablespoon of cottage cheese. The whole five to ten minutes in the damp hair to soak and then rinse well. Green tea for greasy hair: For the rinsing two tablespoons of loose green tea with a pint of boiling water, let drain for ten minutes and pull. 150 ml lemon juice. With this mix the hair rinses.

Hand and Nail Care
Almond lemon care oil against rough hands: Stir Fifty ml almond oil with a few drops of fresh lemon juice. The mixture is massaged into the skin until fully absorbed. Cares for the hands: Bathe your hands in warm olive oil once a week.
