Misconceptions about Arthritis and Food

It is all too often and completely unwarranted links between acid blood and rheumatism and gout. The claim that sour or acidic foods like tomatoes and yogurt making gout and other rheumatic diseases would cause was therefore entirely out of thin air.

Food makes blood acidic
