* Curry leaves (Karipattha,Karivepaku,Karivepilai)

Crush the vegetable and filter the water and drink it while lukewarm.This must be done on an empty stomach in the morning . How to Control Hypertension

Hypertension may have unknown causes, but may also be due to the accumulation of fat in blood vessels, constant stress situations and anxiety, sedentary lifestyle (low physical activity and high intake of fats and carbohydrates), excessive salt, snuff and alcohol, lack of exercise or kidney ailments and diabetes.
This disease, which is also called the "silent murderer" because it causes no symptoms and generates recognized until serious health problems or through a general review (often to diagnose other diseases) is considered by many specialists incurable, but if it is an appropriate treatment under medical supervision can be controlled and allow the affected have a normal life.
Some suggestions:
1. Monitor your blood pressure regularly, without obsessing, ensuring that this review is always at the same time and under similar conditions
2. Practicing proper exercise to age, since this activity promotes good blood circulation, helps to achieve adequate oxygenation and elimination of fats, plus it strengthens the heart.
3. Eliminate unhealthy habits associated with the condition, such as alcohol and snuff, as they are stimulants that accelerate the heart rate and promote hypertension.

6. Lose weight, because even modest reductions are beneficial to reduce cholesterol levels and feel better overall. Avoid heavy food and limit intake of carbohydrates (desserts, pasta, and bread) and fat.
7. The red tender leaves of the Sacred fig or Ficus religiosa * are gathered and dried and powdered and stored well in a clean dry glass jar.

Nervous Tension

Before this one must practice this Pranayama --- Sit comfortably where there is a lot of early morning sunshine and breathe in and out with the eyes closed.It is important to visualise that you are breathing in and inhaling the Suns healing energy and breathing out the symptoms related to asthma.This conscious breathing in and out should be done for at least 15 times.Reciting a known mantra is more beneficial.The inhalation should be faster than the exhalation.
